The Background of the passion
The history of Sundoraefen is one that we are vastly proud of. It all started in 2023, the founder of Sundoraefen wanted to create a place of entertainment. Back then the website was very bland and had no content to release. Over time, the site has evolved through different works.
May 2023
In 2023, this was the birth of Sundoraefen.com. This was when we first bought the domain and had inspiration for what we wanted. We had ideas to expand into every kind of entertainment industry section and do it all on our own. We had to freeze this idea not long after, so Sundoraefen as a site went dark for 1 year. The idea to pursue and create so much content was too much of a dream.
May 2024
In May 2024 was the rebirth of Sundoraefen. This is where one of the original ideas of the site was born. We wanted to create a social media platform, this idea had us spiraling of the possibilities. However our biggest problem was there was nothing to set us apart from other social media sites who have billions of users and we had no platform to showcase our idea. This idea didn't last long.
November 2024
Only a few months later, we finally tried with another idea. A club. We turned the site into a private club hosted on 6 tiers that users could unlock. We wanted to turn SDF into a club for our users that they could share any of their own content and request features they wanted to see. The only problem was that our site had no niche or target audience so gathering enough people to manage a running club wasn't feasible any longer.
August 2025
2025 was the year of change. We decided to build a site for people. Not for general use but for passion. We realized big platforms are dominated by random content, people who want to share themselves with the internet would face a lack of determination due to algorithms not finding their fan-base or often people telling people how awful their content is.

That's where our idea struck, turn SDF into a community of talent and passion, people who want to be seen and have an opportunity to showcase themselves even if they've never posted or took part in the real world. We created Sundoraefen with the idea of an opportunity to explore yourself even further.
We've shown our site to handfuls of people who said that this could be an extraordinary opportunity,
Moving Forward
We want every student to join our site. No matter who you are, there is a place for you on SDF. We want to partner with people who believe in our core idea of passions. Sundoraefen is a site that is the base of people's inspiration. To explore their own hobbies, talents, and passions and offer a place to showcase them to people who care and thrive on ambition, teamwork and self dedication.

Unlike social media, the purpose is to gain clout and attention. At Sundoraefen we operate differently, yes we still have ways to like and follow users accounts of posts, but despite that - we yearn people who use that attention as a sign to not give up because the people who support you are the ones we formerly invite to become apart of Sundoraefen.

Our tolerance for hate is 0%. Our Code of Conduct is clear how we want our platform to thrive & we take all counts seriously. Our dedicated report tool is featured all around the site & can be used 24/7.
