Creating an account
To create an account you must press login either on mobile or desktop and enter your email, password or phone number.

Logging in
To login to your account you must press login on mobile or desktop and at the bottom of the screen in bold it will say login in to your existing account press that and enter your email and password or login with Facebook or google.

Changing your display name / profile url
To change your display name, head over to "my account". Changing your display name is under "Display info". Click the box and change it to your new name. Once done, press "update info". Your display name can include any characters but there is a limit to 50. You can change it how many times you want.
When changing your display name, you will have to manually update your profile url. This can be done by heading to "Visibility & Privacy", click on "edit url" and enter one you would like. We recommend changing it to your display name for easier profile access for other users.

Resetting password
To reset your password start by heading to "my account". Scroll down until you see "Login Info". Where it says password, click where it says change. Here you can change your password so the next time you login on a new device or the same one, your password is changed. We recommend changing your password every 4-7 months. (Sundoraefen does not have access to your password. They are encrypted once entered)

Changing account email
To change your email start by heading to "my account". Scroll down until you see "Login Info". Where it says email, click where it says change. Here you can change your email to a new one. You will need to confirm it with the old one first or the new one via a confirmation code being sent to your inbox. Changing your email means getting news and emails from Sundoraefen to your newly added email.

Managing account settings
To manage account settings press on your profile picture in the header and scroll over to settings, there you can change anything you would like to change.

Has my account been suspended?
If you're account has been suspended you should've received an email notification, chat notification & be unable to login to the site.

Deleting your account
Deleting your account is permanent! and cannot be recovered. You will need to follow this link: request account deletion
Fill out the form and it should be no longer than 10 days before you get a confirmation message that your account has been deleted from our servers.
DISCLAIMER: WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS DELETED, ALL PERSONAL DATA, ACCOUNT POSTS, COMMENTS WILL BE ERASED - ONCE FORM IS SUBMITTED, YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON THE LIST & IS UNLIKELY TO BE RECOVERABLE
